Jason began his career as a financial advisor in 1997 and joined Stifel in 2007. Throughout this extensive tenure, he has helped clients navigate a variety of market environments, pursue their ever-changing goals, and address their unique needs.
Jason earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Biology from Washington & Jefferson College and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses. Jason is married to his wife, Valerie, has four children, and lives in Mt. Lebanon.
Vincent has more than 45 years of financial services experience and joined Stifel in 2007. Prior to Stifel, he worked for Merrill Lynch, Gruntal and Co., and Ryan Beck and Co. Given his extensive career, Vincent is well equipped to help clients navigate the ever-changing markets and pursue their goals.
Vincent earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination. He also earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ designation from the College for Financial Planning, which identifies those individuals who have received specialized training in wealth management and risk mitigation strategies, tax-efficient investment strategies, and estate planning issues. In addition, he holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 24, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Paul began his Stifel career in 2020, joining Jason Baer and Vince Kasievich as a member of the Baer Kasievich Finacial Group, now known as the Baer Kasievich Lang Wealth Management Group. Paul joined Stifel with a professional athlete background, as well as prior financial services experience from Federated Investors and PNC Bank.
Growing up with a goal-focused mindset and close family in the financial services industry, Paul was naturally drawn to a career working closely with clients. Paul values the ability to build strong relationships with clients and to be a critical thinker for their unique, ever-changing financial journey. Paul earned a B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University, where he was a four-year letter winner on the varsity football team. During his time at Michigan State, Paul accomplished becoming one of 22 players in school history to earn Academic All-Big Ten Honors all four years while being on the football team. In Paul’s final collegiate season, he was honored with the Dan S. Petty Scholar-Athlete Award, recognized at the 2015 College Football Playoffs for his demonstration and commitment to academic excellence throughout his career at Michigan State. Following his time at Michigan State, Paul played tight end for his hometown team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Paul and his wife, Caroline, reside in Mt. Lebanon, with their two sons.
Tracy began her financial services career in 2005 and joined Stifel in 2019. Prior to joining Stifel, she worked at Smith Barney (a unit of Citigroup Global Markets), as well as Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. Tracy earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination. She earned a dual degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and holds Series 7, 9 & 10, and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses.
A resident of Pittsburgh’s north side, Tracy volunteers with Strong Women Strong Girls, Allegheny Cleanways, and is on the board of directors for Contemporary Craft. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her former agility dog, Max. Outside the office, Tracy enjoys running, cycling, photography, and exploring the great outdoors.
Lynn began her financial services career in 2002 and joined Stifel in 2007. Prior to joining Stifel, she spent time working at Ryan Beck & Co. and Advest, Inc, moving with Jason Baer to Ryan Beck before joining Stifel. Lynn focuses on assisting clients with their administrative needs while delivering a high level of service. She also coordinates client meetings, reviews, and client communications. Lynn earned a B.A. in Psychology from Marietta College and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Born in North Carolina and raised in Wintersville, Ohio, Lynn relocated to Pittsburgh in 2001 with her young son. She currently resides in Brookline with her pups and is a member of the American Pool Players Association.
